The Parkade features 432 parking spaces across six covered levels and one rooftop level, each color-coded for easy navigation—yellow, blue, green, red, orange, purple, and the rooftop. The entrance and exit are conveniently located on 6th Street, allowing drivers to turn easily in either direction when leaving the facility. For added convenience, a skywalk on the Green Level connects directly to the Radisson Hotel, offering covered access for guests and downtown visitors.

Safety and security are top priorities, with 12 surveillance cameras monitoring the facility and Bismarck Police Department patrol access 24/7 for peace of mind.

Hourly Parking Rates (prices are subject to change):

0:01–1 Hour – $1.50

1:01–2 Hours – $3.00

2:01–3 Hours – $4.50

3:01–4 Hours – $6.00

4:01–5 Hours – $7.50

5:01–24 Hours – $8.00

If the booth is unmanned upon exit, payments and tickets can be placed in the after-hours drop slot located to the lower left of the cashier’s window. Receipts are mailed upon request if you include your name and address on the back of your ticket.
