Dark Dining has arrived in Vancouver; and this is just one of the few of its kind offered in the country. By removing your sense of sight, your other senses such as taste and smell are more heightened. Use these “superpowers” to figure out each of the 6-7 courses as they are a mystery. Once you complete the experience you will have the opportunity to review the menu. Chef tastefully creates food that will excite your taste buds at a fine dining level with items you most likely have enjoyed in your life.
