Rodizio Grill is American’s First Brazilian Steakhouse established in 1995. Rodizio Grill has been known for its playful Brazilian spirit, authentic menu offerings and family-friendly atmosphere. The unique concept features rotisserie grilled meat, expertly seasoned and carved tableside by traditionally dressed Gauchos. While the meats are the main attraction, they are complemented with an award-winning gourmet salad bar, marked by original salads, fresh fruits and vegetables, and authentic side dishes. Rodizio Grill also features a selection of Brazilian wine, beer, signature cocktails, fresh juices and homemade desserts.

Rodizio Grill is located in historic Trolley Square, just two miles from the Salt Palace Convention Center as well as a short drive from the Salt Lake City International Airport. Parking is free and easily accessible.

Rodizio Grill is available for full restaurant buy-out, seating over 600 guests. The restaurant's Meeting and Celebration Center is a private group dining venue which can seat 275, and be divided into three sections, providing ample private and semi-private dining.
