Located in the vibrant heart of downtown Bismarck, the Third & Main Parking Ramp, managed by the Bismarck Parking Authority, offers a convenient, safe, and affordable place to park just steps away from some of the city’s best dining, shopping, and entertainment—including the popular Third & Main restaurant.

The ramp features 450 parking spaces across six levels, with five covered levels and a rooftop level for open-air parking. The ground level includes 50 hourly parking spaces, providing quick and easy access for short-term visitors, diners, and downtown shoppers. The ramp’s entry point is located on the northbound lane of 3rd Street, with a smooth right-hand turn for entrance and exit. Vehicle clearance is 7 feet, 10 inches, accommodating most passenger vehicles.

For added convenience, an automated pay station is located at the exit for hourly parking payments. The BNC Bank offers validated parking for its customers, with reserved spaces available in the back lot for their use.

1:01–2 Hours – $3.00
