The world’s first global film festival is back for the 29th edition! MANHATTAN SHORT 2026 screens annually to over 100,000 film lovers in over 500 venues across six continents. Cinephiles gather for one reason…to view 10 incredible short films and vote for Best Film and Best Actor. All finalists will become eligible to enter the 2027 Oscars.

In 2024, four MANHATTAN SHORT Finalists were Short-Listed for the 2025 Oscars, with two films being nominated including the eventual winner for Best Short Film, "I'm Not a Robot".

Watch the films, and YOU be the judge! Ballots are supplied upon entry. Ballots from all screenings around the world are tabulated to determine the global winner!
