Bolognese Sauce – also known as ragù alla bolognese- is the main variety of ragù in Italian cuisine, with its roots in the city of Bologna. This slow-simmered meat sauce, rich with aromatics, is served all over Italy and is delicious over fresh pasta. Join us to find out why it’s loved by so many!

Doors open 15 minutes prior to class.  
Wine, Cocktails & Other Drinks available for purchase.  
You’ll cook in a group of 2 people unless you request a larger group.  
No need to bring anything for class – everything is provided.  
Closed-toe shoes encouraged.  
  
Class subject to cancellation if a minimum sign-up is not met. This will vary by instructor, and you will be notified of the cancellation 24 hours in advance. Canceled classes will be refunded.
