RCX Sports specializes in designing and managing youth sports experiences, offering continuous support and resources. Our organization is devoted to creating inclusive sports programs and events, while collaborating with diverse organizations, that include professional leagues and sport-centric businesses, to drive positive change in youth sports by enhancing the experience on and off the field. 

RCX Sports (RCX) has been the operator of the NFL FLAG Championships for the National Football League (NFL) since 2019. In 2023-2024, RCX will run a series of thirty-two (32) NFL FLAG Regional Tournaments across the country. Winners from these Regionals will qualify for a chance to compete in the NFL FLAG Summer Championships.

RCX is the oﬃcial operating partner of NFL FLAG, a fun and accessible non-contact program available for girls and boys ages 5-17. With 1,600 locally operated leagues and over 500,000 youth athletes, NFL FLAG is the largest, most recognized ﬂag football organization in the U.S.—and the only one where players wear oﬃcial NFL gear.

The NFL FLAG Football National Championships is held in conjunction with NFL Pro Bowl Week. Leading up to Pro Bowl, teams compete at 12 Regional Tournaments held in NFL club markets to determine who will be competing with the best at Pro Bowl.
