- At Hyatt Place Ann Arbor, we understand that pets are a part of the family. We’re happy to welcome your four-legged companions to our comfy hotel rooms, just three miles from downtown Ann Arbor. For a fee of $75 for stays of one to six nights, we allow up to two dogs with a combined weight of 75 pounds and under to stay at our Place. If you’re staying anywhere from seven to 30 nights, an additional $100 cleaning fee will be assessed. If your pet prefers to roam around, Ann Arbor is host to three off-leash dog parks within its limits: Swift Run Dog Park, Olson Park, and Broadway Park.
