2023 USA CUP WELCOMES PLAYERS AND REFEREES FROM 17 COUNTRIES AND 27 STATES

BLAINE, Minn., (June 5, 2023) — The National Sports Center (NSC) is excited to announce that 2023 USA Cup will be taking place July 14-22, 2023. The tournament is excited to welcome the largest number of players and referees from across the country and world to Blaine, Minnesota, since before the pandemic. There will be more than 1,050 teams, which is approximately 16,000 youth players, participating over the eight-day event.
Throughout the week, there will be a multitude of activities across the campus to keep players nourished, replenished, and entertained throughout the eight days. There will be several partners bringing high-energy activities to engage with players.
“Having the world unite here in Blaine is always a special time for us. Our great partners, Target, Adidas, and Minnesota United help to make the experience off the soccer pitch memorable for these players. We truly believe that they are making memories that will last a lifetime,” said Todd Johnson, Executive Director, National Sports Center.
Weekend Tournament: July 14-16
Weeklong Tournament: July 18-22
Opening Ceremony: July 18th – 7 p.m. parade start, followed by live music and fireworks

The National Sports Center is one of the world’s largest amateur sports facilities. The NSC operates over 100 unique programs and events in a variety of sports as well as hosting numerous national and international competitions. In addition to being the home of Minnesota United FC, the NSC houses the offices of Twin Cities Rush Soccer.
The NSC is a State of Minnesota campus, but is operated by the National Sports Center Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that is self-sustaining and receives no annual operating funding from the state.
