A Big Memorial Day Weekend in the Northeast!

With 274 teams and over 2000 room nights booked, there’s no doubt that Memorial Day Weekend is one of our most exciting weekends of the year. Over the three-day holiday weekend, we hosted our season ending event for volleyball, as well as began our busy summer baseball season.

Hosted at the Mohegan Sun Casino in Connecticut, our AAU Volleyball Fun @ the Sun Super Regional welcomed 160 girls teams from ten different states, as well as Canada. While highly competitive with much to play for, we strive to end our long volleyball season with fun at the forefront. Against the backdrop of an incredible venue, our 2024 travel volleyball season was indeed fun to the finish. A big thank you to Mohegan Sun for being an incredible partner after now four consecutive years hosting in Southeastern, Connecticut. Thank you as well to our friends at CTMEETINGS | Connecticut Convention & Sports Bureau for always being a resource we can count on.

In partnership with Eastern New York Travel Baseball, our annual Battle by the Capital event featured 114 teams from 7 different states. Hosted across Albany and Saratoga Counties in Upstate New York, this event grew significantly in 2024 and we are excited for further expansion in 2025. I would like to thank the SARATOGA CONVENTION & TOURISM BUREAU FOUNDATION INC, Lake George Regional Chamber of Commerce & CVB and ALBANY COUNTY CONVENTION AND VISITORS BUREAU for their support in helping make these events a success in their amazing communities.
