Adidas Jr. 3SSB Girls National Championship Takes Over Wintrust Sports Complex

From June 6–8, Wintrust Sports Complex was the proud host of the Adidas Jr. 3SSB Girls National Championship, a premier grassroots basketball event featuring some of the most talented middle school girls teams in the country. The event brought an electric energy to Bedford Park as elite programs from coast to coast traveled in to compete for national titles.

Over the course of three action-packed days, the best Adidas-affiliated 13U and 14U teams took the court in front of packed crowds, energized coaches, and national scouts. The level of talent on display was incredible, with future high school and collegiate stars giving it their all in every game.

After intense competition, Southern Assault emerged as the 14U National Champions, showcasing poise, athleticism, and teamwork to secure the crown. In the 13U division, the Minnesota Metro Stars claimed the title, capping off an impressive run with dominant performances and gritty play.

Hosting high-caliber national events like this one reflects our commitment to being a home for elite youth sports. We’re grateful to Adidas and all participating teams and families for choosing Wintrust Sports Complex as the backdrop for such a memorable weekend.
