NCAA Division I Cross Country Runs Through Sacramento

Sacramento is hosting the 2025 NCAA Division I Men’s and Women’s Cross Country Regionals on November 14, 2025 at the Arcade Creek Cross Country Course at Haggin Oaks Golf Complex. A total of 73 teams and nearly 500 athletes representing 40 institutions will be competing for a chance to qualify for the NCAA Division I Cross Country National Championships in Columbia, MO on November 22, 2025.

Sacramento hosted this event in 2023 and is scheduled to host again on November 13, 2026, along with the NCAA Division II Men’s and Women’s Cross Country Championships on November 21, 2026.
