RECAP: 2026 USA Softball of Seattle February Opener 10-14U

From Feb. 21-22, USA Softball of Seattle hosted its 2026 February Opener 10-14U tournament at Phil Johnson Ballfields in Everett.

The 12U division featured nine teams and the 14U division had 13 teams with many squads traveling from different areas in the state, some including Puyallup, Tacoma, Kenmore, Kirkland, Gig Harbor, Kent, Olympia, Woodinville, Moses Lake, Redmond, Bellevue and Issaquah.

The WA Acers from Kent were crowned 12U gold champions after a 2-0 victory over the AI Bandits Frair from Puyallup, and the Lady Mavs from Mukilteo stomped Flame Snake from Bellevue in the 12U silver title game, 10-2. KB from Woodinville narrowly escaped in the 14U gold championship with an 8-7 win over KB ZT2 from Kenmore, and the Hotshots from Gig Harbor blanked Tacoma Select 10-0 for the 14U silver title.
