The 2025 United States Team Penning Association World Finals Makes its Way to West Monroe
WEST MONROE, LA ─ The 2025 United States Team Penning Association (USTPA) World Finals is coming to West Monroe!
The finals are taking place Oct. 27 – Nov. 1, 2025, at the Ike Hamilton Expo Center, with an annual membership meeting being held on Oct. 26 at 5 p.m.
On an annual basis, the USTPA hosts a wide variety of competitions that attract riders from around the globe, in addition to assisting private show owners in producing USTPA events. The association functions as an advocate to the working cow horse, promoting its use in our sports and educating the public about the fun, family competitions that the USTPA sanctions throughout the United States each weekend.
“We are thrilled to welcome back the USTPA World Finals to Ike Hamilton in West Monroe, Louisiana. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase our Southern hospitality and unique culture,” said Discover Monroe-West Monroe’s Executive Vice President Scott Bruscato.
The event will consist of a full schedule of Team Penning and Ranch Sorting classes.
Opening day on Monday, Oct. 27 will begin at 9 a.m., with the remainder of the days starting at 8 a.m.
Cash and prizes will total up to $150,000.
Finals are expected to produce an estimated economic impact of $454,469.09 for Ouachita Parish.
