The AJGA launches episode No. 3 of the Golf’s Next GEN podcast

Braselton, GA – The American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) is thrilled to announce the launch of the third episode of the Golf’s Next GEN podcast. The podcast will provide a platform for junior golfers to share their experiences, insights and aspirations as they navigate their golfing journeys.
Episode three of Golf’s Next GEN highlights Yana Wilson, the 2023 Rolex Junior Player of the Year. Wilson shares stories from her outstanding season and memories from her 2024 events, including the Augusta National Women’s Amateur and The Chevron Championship.
Golf’s Next GEN will release a new episode each month, featuring interviews with many top junior golfers, AJGA alumni and industry leaders. In the coming weeks, Golf’sNextGEN will be available on popular platforms such as Apple Podcasts, Spotify and Google Podcasts, making it accessible to a wide audience. AJGA Vice President of Communications Tim Jackman and Director, Tournament Operations Thomas Harrison host the podcast.

American Junior Golf Association
The American Junior Golf Association is a 501(c)(3) non-profit association dedicated to the overall growth of young men and women who aspire to earn college golf scholarships. With over 10,000 members ages 12-19 from 50 states and 60 foreign countries, the AJGA will conduct over 250 championships this year from January to December. Each year AJGA seniors secure more than $26 million dollars in athletic and academic scholarships from participating in the AJGA. Through initiatives like the Liberty National Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) Grant, a financial assistance program, and Leadership Links, a service-oriented platform that teaches juniors charitable-giving skills, the AJGA fosters the growth of golf’s next generation. AJGA is open to explore new opportunities domestically and internationally. At this time, there is a strong priority to bring new events to the Western Region.
