For the second consecutive year, the PGA Tour’s ONEflight Myrtle Beach Classic at The Dunes Golf & Beach Club has proven Myrtle Beach’s bona fides as a premier professional golf destination. However, The Beach isn’t just for the pros. The annual Play Golf Myrtle Beach World Amateur Championship is the world’s largest and most inclusive golf tournament, with more than 3,000 players competing from over 60 flights of golfers to crown the world amateur champion, and Coastal Carolina University will continue its run of hosting major NCAA events with the NCAA Division I Golf Regional in 2027 at the Tournament Players Club of Myrtle Beach.
