Hotel Ugly Metal, a handcrafted jewelry brand known for its raw, imperfect beauty and soulful design, opened its first unique location in historic downtown McKinney at TUPPS Brewery Founded by artist and metalsmith Paige Rance, Hotel Ugly Metal creates one-of-a-kind pieces using sterling silver and American sourced turquoise Each piece is handmade, embracing imperfection, strength, and individuality. The works defy the traditional jewelry expectations of perfection and precision. More of a reflection of life and finding beauty and joy in disorder. The new studio/storefront is housed in a converted grain silo space. The space is warm, inviting and creative. It evokes the spirit of Hotel Ugly Metal – allure in the unexpected. It is both a working jewelry studio and shop that features our creations for sale. Being that every piece is one-of-a-kind, selections will constantly change and evolve. Come see us in Silo 105 at TUPPS Brewery Friday-Sunday from noon-5 p.m. and for most major TUPPS Brewery events.
