The business offers rentable studio space with hourly, half-day and full-day options. Studio memberships are available for those looking to co-work out of the space during open studio hours. Additionally, Concept House partners with local creatives and business owners to host monthly events open to the public, Business Owner Stacy Hillstead said. WHERE WE STARTED  
In 2009 Gary & Kim Hutchens began the incredible journey of HTeaO with a hunch and a vision. For years Gary had been selling his flavored iced teas in his burger restaurant Buns Over Texas. Having seen his drive thru iced tea business continue to grow he made a strategic decision to use the construction of his new Buns Over Texas as an opportunity to add a dedicated tea store to the end of his new building. Texas Tea was officially born.

Our desire is to provide ultra-premium Tea, Water, and related products that give people safe and healthy food choices in a fun and clean environment. Dutch Bros Coffee was founded in 1992 by Dane and Travis Boersma. After three generations in the dairy business, the brothers decided to use changes in the industry as motivation to branch out and try something new. The bros bought a double-head espresso machine, cranked up the stereo, threw open the barn doors, and started experimenting with 100 pounds of beans. The company is continuing to grow, sharing the Dutch love and opening new shops throughout the nation.
