Integral to our mission as a restaurant is innovating technology to serve you, our beloved guests, efficiently while offering nutritious, all-natural foods. At Birdcall, it’s as much about the nutrient-rich salads as it is the crispy chicken sandwiches. ‍ Our MO as a team is to stay true to natural and local sourcing. Our chicken comes direct from Colorado family farms, our bread is produced at a Colorado baking company, and our spices are developed by a Denver spice firm. We pride ourselves on our relationships with local vendors for the freshest ingredients. Our chef-inspired menu features dishes garnished with ingredients like bacon red onion jam, buttermilk herb mayo, and peanut slaw. We’re building a company that we are proud of and that our team members can be proud of. ‍ Birdcall is constantly changing and innovating our technology to make natural foods more affordable to create a better dining experience for our guests and team members.
