Tableside Trompo (the big stick of meat) is available, plus tequila flights served out of a small airplane, at least one cocktail served in a mini bathtub — complete with tiny rubber ducky — and build-your-own ice cream sundaes out of a mini ice cream cart. There are more than a dozen taco options, served up in threes. Also on the menu, burritos, quesadillas, fajitas and other traditional entrees.
