Cecil Powell Park

Cecil Powell Park is a small, neighborhood park with lots of growing up to do! It is currently in the process of being completely updated with a new play structure, accessible seating and picnic areas, as well as a paved path encircling the active areas.  Look for updates and developments at Des Moines Parks, Recreation, and Senior Services's Facebook page.
