Perfect for presentations to a larger class with the use of in-room A/V and the large projections screen. J.C. Hulzenga Conference Rooms - this room will comfortably accommodate seating up to 65 when opened. Dual screen monitors on both halves of the rooms allow all guests to view presentations easily/ Room can be divided in two, each room individually seating 25 comfortably. Both options have flexible seating setups and A/V functionality including zoom video. Welcomes inquiries from sports groups.

"This will be our 3rd consecutive year using the MI Chamber of Commerce event space. It is the perfect space for small to large groups. We have hosted several meetings here ranging in size from 10-50, and all fit comfortably. The tables can be reconfigured in many different ways to meet our needs as they are all on rollers with wheel locks. There is also a separate area to have breakfast or lunch right outside of the conference room, as well as outdoor patio space that our team has loved using when the weather is nice. Everything is on one floor, including the bathrooms. In addition, the parking is right onsite and ease of access to the highway cannot be beat!

Last but not least, the staff here are so accommodating and easy to work with! They help with questions or AV concerns and have always been a joy to be around.
