About Big Falls County Park

Located along the Eau Claire River near Fall Creek, Big Falls County Park is known for its scenic waterfalls, rocky cascades and sandy riverbanks. The 135-acre park extends across both sides of the river, with separate north and south entrances providing parking and access to picnic areas, trails and views of one of the Eau Claire area’s most recognizable natural landmarks.

Park activities and amenities include:

Visitors should use caution around the river, rocks and waterfall, as water levels and currents can change. Swimming is at your own risk, and all posted beach closures and water-quality advisories should be followed. Dogs are not permitted in Big Falls County Park.
