It's also a 10 minute drive to the music festival grounds (Eaux Claires, Blue Ox, Country Jam) and a 5 minute drive to the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. This newly remodeled apartment is full of character and amenities including a small private patio. We have a gas grill available upon request.

Guests have access to the entire unit plus back patio deck and yard Due to road construction on Hudson Street, there is 1 off-street parking stall in rear of the property, which is accessed through the ally. There is on-street parking on either 2nd or 3rd Avenue.
