Use your imagination to custom build your own juice, enjoy a mimosa, or have us mix "organic spirits" with fresh squeezed orange or grapefruit juice...you are sure to enjoy! We would be remiss if we left out the "wake up" out of breakfast! We believe the key to creating those memories is offering exceptional hospitality in our 75-seat cocktail lounge located on the 4th floor of the Courtyard Marriott/Residence Inn. Little Rituals was named a Top Four Finalist for Best U.S. Hotel Bar by both the Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards as well as Liquor.com This bar has its own “little rituals”, some of which have been gleaned from 150 years of cocktail history and all of which we’ve made our own. We stock only the highest quality spirits; we fresh squeeze all citrus juice in-house daily, and painstakingly create dozens of syrups, infusions, tinctures, foams, flawless ice and garnishes using modern techniques & technology. When possible, we take advantage of seasonal produce and flavors, and incorporate them into both our cocktail and food menus.

In 2011 Chelsea and her mother started their first ice cream shop, Island Ice Cream, which is still owned by Chelsea today. After years of working with ice cream and desserts, they decided to open a second ice cream shop in 2017. Chelsea knew she wanted it to be like no other dessert place she had ever been to and decided that crazy specialty milkshakes is just what they were looking for. When brainstorming name ideas one night in their living room "The Yard" was born. They opened in May of 2017 and were blown away by the positive reaction of the community and tourists alike in their hometown of Gulf Shores, AL. Making its debut on Shark Tank in 2019 and has since kept growing in popularity and demand!
