The Zaguán Bistro opened its doors in December 2021 and it has been a wonderful journey for this family and all those who make up the Zaguán Bistro work team. El Zaguán. A Zaguán is a vestibule, it is not considered a room but it is used to receive visitors to the house or as a garden space. For Jesús and his wife Yashira, the Zaguán represents not only their childhood memories in their country but also the desire that whoever comes to their restaurant have a refreshing, relaxed stay, where they can enjoy simple food with a great Mexican touch.
