Blom is driven by community. Their taproom serves as a space where you can sample meads and ciders, ask questions, sit down with a glass, or watch the fermentation process in action. Offerings change often with seasons because local fruits and spices are used.

First Bite uses basic ingredients to create each recipe from scratch. Minimal cooking ensures that nutrients are optimally captured. They don’t use anything you can’t trust, such as artificial colors, additives, preservatives, GMO foods, excessive sodium, processed foods such as white flour, or refined sugars.
