Rediscover the wonders of the universe at Abrams Planetarium. The sky theatre features fantastic star shows produced by a digital star projector. The planetarium also serves as an astronomy and space science education resource center. A great option to explore during down time between sports events.

MSU Dairy Store

The MSU Horticulture Gardens are actually a family of three gardens: The 4-H Children's Garden is designed especially for children, and is completely handicap accessible. This delightful garden features over 55 themed gardens including the Pizza Garden, Peter Rabbit Herb Garden, Butterfly Garden and ABC Garden. You can also enjoy the Tree House, Creation Station, Amphitheater, Monet Bridge, and the Dance Chimes. There is also an Indoor 4-H Children's Garden with an additional 20 theme gardens where during March and April we host "Butterflies in the Garden." School programs are offered all year long and there is a full schedule of family programs during the summer. A great option to explore during down time between sports events.

MSU Horticulture Gardens

The Horticulture Gardens of MSU offer a unique, beautiful location for both wedding ceremonies and receptions. In fact, they are recognized as one of the most charming and romantic locations in Lansing! The Horticulture Gardens is also a great location to host your next baby shower, bridal shower, graduation party, banquet, or other events. The possibilities are limitless! Set amongst thousands of blooming flowers, you will find several picturesque locations designed specifically to host your wedding or other events. If you are interested in booking a wedding or an event at the Gardens, we highly recommend taking a complimentary private tour first. Simply choose a day and time that works best for you here. From there, let our experienced staff assist in planning your event -- from tents, tables, and chairs -- to lighting. We can recommend many local companies to complete your planning needs. Offers year-round bicycle rentals, sales and repair services to the campus community and visitors. A free 24-hour air station is also available outside the Center. A great option to explore during down time between sports events.

MSU Bike Service Center

Students and faculty present a series of main stage and student productions annually, ranging from the classics to contemporary fare and including musicals and repertory dance concerts. Since 1927, The School of Hospitality Business at MSU has been educating leaders in the global hospitality industry. The School offers a BA and MBA in Hospitality Business, as well as an MS in Foodservice Management. A great option to explore during down time between sports events.

School of Hospitality Business

Located in the heart of Michigan State University campus just behind the Jenison Fieldhouse, McLane Baseball Stadium at Kobs Field is the home to the MSU Spartan baseball team and offers a state-of-the-art playing surface and spectator experience. Bleacher seating at the baseball field will accommodate nearly 2,500 spectators. Both home and away dugouts are covered and fenced. The facility offers nearby parking for over 100 vehicles. The park is handicapped-accessible. Facility offers an electronic scoreboard. Full concessions. This facility is great for tournaments and special events.

McLane Stadium at Kobs Field- MSU

Nestled within the Michigan State University campus, this well-equipped and recently renovated softball field is the home to Spartan softball and a leading venue in the region. Fields and dugouts are fenced and covered and offer electronic scoreboards, full concessions, bullpen, batting cages, warm-up area, access to water and restrooms. Bleacher seating allows for over 1,500 spectators and nearby parking for over 100 vehicles.

Mitten Kitten 2026 Slash Up XIII

Join the **Midwest Fall Brawl Lacrosse Tournament**, the premier lacrosse showcase for boys and girls teams in the Midwest. Hosted at the state-of-the-art Hope Sports Complex in Lansing, Michigan, this **October 10–11, 2026** event features high-energy competition across divisions from U10 to Varsity.&#x20;

Boys divisions play three guaranteed games on October 11, while girls divisions compete in 8v8 small-sided matches concluding by 2:00 PM on October 10, perfect for homecoming festivities.&#x20;

Midwest Fall Brawl Lacrosse Tournament

The **2nd Annual Comet Classic** is a collegiate bowling tournament hosted by The University of Olivet.  This one day event taking place at Royal Scot Golf & Bowl will feature approximately 30 teams.
