Grand Woods Park occupies 128 acres on the Grand River. The intentions of this park space are to keep it a family-oriented facility. Park amenities include a picnic shelter (seats 80), pavilion (seats 100), playground equipment, fishing pond, nature trail great for running races, softball field, one grass volleyball court, disc golf course, radio-controlled race car track, restrooms, and drinking water. Park closes at dusk. 4500 Willow Hwy., Delta Township, on Willow Hwy. 1/2 mile east of Elmwood Road.A great option to explore during downtime between sports events.

Lansing Sports Commission

Sharp Park features a picnic shelter (seats 72 at 12 tables + four handicap at one table), 300 seat amphitheater and playground equipment on its 57.8 acres. Sports lovers will enjoy a two acre fishing pond, basketball court, four softball fields (one lighted), two tennis courts (lighted), two sand volleyball courts, and a building with restrooms/concessions. The park closes at dusk. One half mile north on Elmwood Road off Saginaw Hwy. A great option to explore during down time between sports events.

Lansing City Arena offers 39,000 sq. ft. of flexible indoor space. As home to Lansing City Futsal, a professional futsal team, the facility is equipped with amenities ranging from specialty lighting, seating for over 1,000, video board, home and away locker rooms, and many high-end amenities. Located in a highly accessible area, the facility is near plenty of restaurants, shopping, and other amenities. The game is very popular in South America, Central America, and in Europe. Futsal has been growing rapidly in the United States over the past couple of years. Lansing City Futsal is a professional futsal club that plays in the Lansing City Arena located on the west side of Lansing. Lansing City Futsal plays in the National Futsal Premier League which will run from January – April. Join the **Midwest Fall Brawl Lacrosse Tournament**, the premier lacrosse showcase for boys and girls teams in the Midwest. Hosted at the state-of-the-art Hope Sports Complex in Lansing, Michigan, this **October 10–11, 2026** event features high-energy competition across divisions from U10 to Varsity.&#x20;

Boys divisions play three guaranteed games on October 11, while girls divisions compete in 8v8 small-sided matches concluding by 2:00 PM on October 10, perfect for homecoming festivities.&#x20;

Midwest Fall Brawl Lacrosse Tournament

The **2nd Annual Comet Classic** is a collegiate bowling tournament hosted by The University of Olivet.  This one day event taking place at Royal Scot Golf & Bowl will feature approximately 30 teams.
