In 2017 Chef Paolo Celeste moved back to Salt Lake City, Utah for a new adventure, opening Celeste Ristorante bringing authentic Italian food to Murray, Utah. Chef Paolo Celeste leaned to cook from his grandmother, who worked at a restaurant in Forte dei Marmi. He learned the basic Tuscan recipes frm her. Chef Celeste makes fresh bread and pasta during the day, which is why the eatery is not open for lunch.

Mick Riley Golf Course

Wheeler Historic Farm is a unique site that was acquired by Salt Lake County in 1969 and is the only historic site operated by the County. The Junior League worked with the County to preserve the Farm for the centennial in 1976. The same year it was placed on the National Register of Historic Places. County funds, grant monies and support from the Wheeler Farm Friends keeps the farm up and running. The site is about 75 acres in size and includes a swift moving stream (Walker Ditch-Little Cottonwood Creek) that feeds irrigation ditches on the property and supplies water to two ice ponds. Wheeler Historic Farm is a working farm and museum with a generous amount of open space, picnic facilities and a playground for public enjoyment. The Lawns/Pavilion, Activity Barn, Ice House and Party House are rented for private and public events providing a source of earned revenue. The Salt Lake County Ice Center is a year-round, indoor ice skating facility located just south of Murray Park. Offering public skating, hockey and skating programs, and private rentals. The County Ice Center was utilized as a practice venue, primarily for women's hockey, during the 2002 Olympic Winter Games.
