There is extensive shoreline access and facilities include a half-mile walking trail and boat launch. Additional property located on the Washougal River upstream of Vernon Road Bridge provides opportunities for picnicking and fishing.

The Sandy Swimming Hole Park is located at the upper end of lower Washougal River Greenway. Facilities include restrooms, picnic tables, a beach, a boat launch for non-motorized boats, and parking. Swimming is permitted, with no lifeguard on duty.

The Camas Skate Park is located at the intersection of Shepherd Road and 3rd Avenue, next to the Riverside Bowling Alley, and the Washougal River Greenway. It has over 12,500 square feet of two-tiered skating surface. Primarily set up as a street course, elements include ramps, rails, picnic table, loading dock and stairs.

The Black Pearl is an open concept industrial space that can be customized and decorated to fit your needs for your event. The venue is located in the Washougal neighborhood, sitting on the Columbia River with the most beautiful view of Mt. Hood. The Black Pearl is the perfect space for weddings, fundraisers, art and auto auctions, retreats or trainings, parties or to just gather together in a spectacular location. With floor to ceiling windows and concrete floors, the venue is a blank canvas allowing any kind of theme or design.

Family owned and operated since 2002, The Puffin Cafe serves up Caribbean inspired cuisine with great marina and river views from every table. The restaurant is accessible by car and by boat as you can find it actually floating within the Port of Camas/Washougal! They have outdoor seating for the summer time, and cozy fireplaces for the winter months so it feels like the tropics every day. Can accommodate up to 28 people.

Ashwood Taps & Trucks is a Pacific Northwest-inspired tap house & food cart pod open to all ages (and pets) in the heart of Washougal, Washington. It is located on E Street, which connects Camas and Washougal, just a stone's throw away from the Washougal River Road intersection. This hard-surfaced, shared-use trail for hiking and biking extends from Steamboat Landing in East Vancouver to the east end of the United States Fish and Wildlife Refuge at Steigerwald Lake. The trail offers outstanding views of the Columbia River along with access to Cottonwood Beach.

Captain William Clark Park Trail

Steamboat Landing Park provides pedestrian access to several points of interest. Visitors can stroll a floating boardwalk on the Columbia River that leads to an elevated observation deck with vast views of the River, Mt. Hood and Oregon. A peaceful wooded trail provides an alternate short cut to the deck. The boat launch is for "carry-in" boats only.

USTA PNW NTRP Sectional Championships

Established in 1904, the USTA Pacific Northwest is one of 17 sections of the United States Tennis Association, the governing body of tennis. Based in Beaverton, Oregon, the USTA PNW is a 501c3 charitable nonprofit organization whose mission is to promote and develop the growth of tennis in the Pacific Northwest.  Operating in Alaska, Washington, Oregon, and northern Idaho USTA PNW over 25,000 individual adult and junior members and over 200 organization members and providers, such as tennis facilities and community tennis associations, who also help us to promote the sport.
