Located in downtown Lansing, the John Smoltz Strikeout Baseball Stadium honors the Hall of Fame pitcher while giving baseball fans a unique, interactive venue to play the game in a new way.

Founded by the Sports and Recreation Committee of the Lansing Bicentennial Commission and inaugurated July 4, 1976, the Greater Lansing Area Sports Hall of Fame was established to honor our nation's first 200 years through the celebration of Mid-Michigan's athletic legacy. The Greater Lansing Area Sports Hall of Fame stands as a symbol of achievement, commemorating the collective dedication and spirit of our athletic community. See memorabilia from Lansing's greatest individual athletes and teams. The hall of fame is located inside the Lansing Center.

Among the largest in the country, Lansing's River Trail traces the banks of the Grand and Red Cedar rivers connecting comfortable parks, historic sites and urban activity centers for over 13 miles through Lansing and East Lansing. Things to see along the way include Brenke Fish Ladder, where spawning salmon and steelhead fight their way upstream during September; the Turner-Dodge House to the northwest; Potter Park Zoo to the southeast; and Louis F. Adado Riverfront Park- the home of Lansing's major festivals. Public parking is available at regular intervals along the trail. A great option to explore during down time between sports events.

The perfect spot for your next corporate meetings, retreat, or event. Corporate Board Room - seating of up to 100 and reception capacity for up to 150. Perfect for presentations to a larger class with the use of in-room A/V and the large projections screen. J.C. Hulzenga Conference Rooms - this room will comfortably accommodate seating up to 65 when opened. Dual screen monitors on both halves of the rooms allow all guests to view presentations easily/ Room can be divided in two, each room individually seating 25 comfortably. Both options have flexible seating setups and A/V functionality including zoom video. Welcomes inquiries from sports groups.

"This will be our 3rd consecutive year using the MI Chamber of Commerce event space. It is the perfect space for small to large groups. We have hosted several meetings here ranging in size from 10-50, and all fit comfortably. The tables can be reconfigured in many different ways to meet our needs as they are all on rollers with wheel locks. There is also a separate area to have breakfast or lunch right outside of the conference room, as well as outdoor patio space that our team has loved using when the weather is nice. Everything is on one floor, including the bathrooms. In addition, the parking is right onsite and ease of access to the highway cannot be beat!

Last but not least, the staff here are so accommodating and easy to work with! They help with questions or AV concerns and have always been a joy to be around.

For anyone looking for offsite meeting space, I highly recommend the MI Chamber of Commerce!"

The Lansing Children’s Choir is a choral music program for children and youth in Lansing and surrounding communities. Any qualified child between the ages of 8 and 18, with a desire to sing is welcome to participate. We are currently an “open” group, there are no auditions necessary. Placement is based upon musical and vocal readiness, emotional maturity, consistency of focus, attitude and leadership as well as age and vocal quality. The Lansing Trebles is for ages 8 – 13 (unchanged voice), geared toward first experiences with choral singing. The Lansing Youth Chorale is for ages 13-18, where previous experience is helpful but not necessary. Mission Our mission is to provide a creative outlet, through singing, for the children and youth in Lansing and surrounding communities by the rehearsal and performance of quality children’s literature. With various event spaces, Heritage Hall at the The State Capitol can accommodate a range of small to large events! The Atrium is the ideal space for luncheons and small programs featuring speakers. The State Rooms can be one large space or split into two spaces for your meeting or educational day. The east & west lawns are perfect for your large gathering, rally, or advocacy day.

Art happens here. More than 600 pieces of public art grace the 48-acre downtown Lansing campus area. One of the most prominent pieces—the “Red Ribbon in the Sky,” stands 30 feet tall and delicately flows around a stainless steel, mirror-finished rod. The sculpture is located on the edge of campus, bridging the gap between Lansing’s business district and LCC.

Join the **Midwest Fall Brawl Lacrosse Tournament**, the premier lacrosse showcase for boys and girls teams in the Midwest. Hosted at the state-of-the-art Hope Sports Complex in Lansing, Michigan, this **October 10–11, 2026** event features high-energy competition across divisions from U10 to Varsity.&#x20;
