This 98 acre gem is Ypsilanti "Signature Park" and home to park operations. Located on the south banks of Ford Lake, amenities include a public boat and canoe launch, fishing areas, four shelters available to rent, restrooms, basketball, volleyball, and racquetball courts, six tennis courts, ball and soccer fields, horseshoe pits, play equipment, wooded areas, plenty of open space, trails, wetlands and multiple picnic areas with picnic tables, benches, and grills. This park is staffed and gated during the park season.

Michigan's largest disc golf pro shop, with a FREE 30-hole disc golf course. The Throw Shop offers professional advice, and will work with you to find you the right equipment for your disc golf game.

Throw Shop- EAST (main store in Ypsilanti)- there are two 18 hole courses here, "The Ponds" and "The Woods". Open year-round, during all daylight hours even if the shop isn't open, and completely free to play. The owners of this property do not allow dogs on the course, BUT they can welcome them in the Throw Shop.

**The Ponds** Course- set on a former ball golf course, this is always the driest course in Michigan. No flooding or mud. Features long, more open holes with a very easy to walk landscape. Dual cement tee pads and a challenging water hazard.

**The Woods** Course- features 6 new holes built by hand in 2019. Mostly wooded, with some of the toughest holes in the area (from the long tees).

The Ponds & The Woods at Lakeshore DGC

This 106-acre park is centrally located in the Township and is designed as a youth sports & family park.

Amenities include a soccer and youth baseball/softball complex, paved and natural trails, a community built accessible playground, a fully accessible picnic area and a wooded area.

Ford Heritage Park

Located on the north shore of Ford Lake, this 11.2 acre park is noted for its two award winning shelters (available for rent) and a fishing pier. The park also has trails, mature trees, play equipment, play field and restrooms. This park is staffed and gated during the park season.

To access the Border-to-Border Trail (B2B), head east along Grove Road (at the park entrance) to get to North Hydro Park.
