Squatters has been creating award-winning cuisine and beer since 1989. Featuring daily specials and traditional pub favorites such as bacon topped meatloaf and a delicious array of burgers, and of course award-winning craft beer, Squatters is Salt Lake's premier brew pub. Edison House is the brainchild of co-founder brothers George Cardon-Bystry and Charlie Cardon. George and Charlie are 8th generation Utahns who grew up in Salt Lake City but left for a decade to explore and experience some of the country’s most dynamic cities. During their time away, the brothers gained a deeper appreciation for the importance of a strong social network and real community connection, and how challenging both can be to find and foster. The arts, culture, and vibrancy that define Big City Living inspired them to bring that energy back home to Salt Lake. The Cardon brothers and the Edison House team are on a mission to build something new and dynamic in downtown SLC: a community of thoughtful go-getters, where members build meaningful friendships, expand their horizons, and feel at home.

Van Ryder celebrates Jack “The Rambling Kid” Van Ryder, American cowboy and western artist. His soft, pastel-colored paintings captured the dusty, brooding Western twilight skies. The rooftop bar and lounge honors a traveling man (and child runaway) of heartfelt, distinctly Western dualities. With an experience full of delightful pairings, Van Ryder will keep his art and legacy alive. The rooftop space will provide a respite from travel with sweeping views, soft lighting, and delicious food and drink.

Nacho Daddy is a modern Mexican restaurant chain that serves gourmet nachos, margaritas, and other dishes. The restaurant was founded in Las Vegas in 2010 and aims to elevate nachos from appetizers to entrees. Nacho Daddy makes their sauces and queso fresh daily, and also offers a full vegan menu, all-day breakfast, and Mexican-American dishes. Some say the food is good quality and the portions are large, while others mention the friendly staff and great service.
