The history of The Blue Shutters Restaurant dates back to 1928 when Kenneth Porter opened the restaurant with an antique store. Over the years, the restaurant included hotel rooms, changed ownership, survived the Great Depression, included an auto repair shop, and saw changes in cuisine. Today, the Blue Shutters Restaurant has been restored to it's historic beauty and serves modern American cuisine and exceptional cocktails.
