Clark County built the first segment of the Chelatchie Prairie Rail-with-Trail in 2011. Primary access to this multi-purpose trail is from Battle Ground Lake State Park and NE Palmer Road. The county’s long-term plan is to provide a trail along the entire 33-mile-long railroad corridor between Vancouver (Burnt Bridge Creek Trail at Stewart Glen) and the end of the rail line at Chelatchie Prairie. Lewisville Regional Park is the county’s oldest regional park, established in the 1930s. This park features 154 rustic acres of forest and meadows bordering the East Fork of the Lewis River. Outdoor activities include swimming, fishing, picnicking, and horseshoeing. There is one main baseball field, several play fields, and a tennis/basketball court.

USTA PNW NTRP Sectional Championships

Established in 1904, the USTA Pacific Northwest is one of 17 sections of the United States Tennis Association, the governing body of tennis. Based in Beaverton, Oregon, the USTA PNW is a 501c3 charitable nonprofit organization whose mission is to promote and develop the growth of tennis in the Pacific Northwest.  Operating in Alaska, Washington, Oregon, and northern Idaho USTA PNW over 25,000 individual adult and junior members and over 200 organization members and providers, such as tennis facilities and community tennis associations, who also help us to promote the sport.
