Lansing Community College Stars – compete in NJCAA Division II and have nine intercollegiate sports teams including men’s and women’s basketball, men’s and women’s track & field, men’s and women’s cross country, baseball, volleyball and softball. The college hosts athletic events in the Gannon Gymnasium located on the college’s Downtown Campus.

Lansing Community College's Performing Arts Program presents over 40 music, theatre and dance productions each year. Most productions are free of charge, and are primarily held on campus in Dart Auditorium or in the Black Box Theatre in the Gannon Building. We feature a free Summer Stage Under the Stars series during June and July at the LCC outdoor amphitheatre. Our productions feature a diverse mix of students and guests artists from throughout the community, along with partners such as the Lansing Concert Band. In their 94th season, the Lansing Symphony Orchestra continues to be the premier source for professional orchestral music in mid-Michigan. The LSO presents a MasterWorks, Pops and Chamber Series along with Jazz Band concerts, educational programming and special events. Join the **Midwest Fall Brawl Lacrosse Tournament**, the premier lacrosse showcase for boys and girls teams in the Midwest. Hosted at the state-of-the-art Hope Sports Complex in Lansing, Michigan, this **October 10–11, 2026** event features high-energy competition across divisions from U10 to Varsity.&#x20;

Boys divisions play three guaranteed games on October 11, while girls divisions compete in 8v8 small-sided matches concluding by 2:00 PM on October 10, perfect for homecoming festivities.&#x20;

Midwest Fall Brawl Lacrosse Tournament

The **2nd Annual Comet Classic** is a collegiate bowling tournament hosted by The University of Olivet.  This one day event taking place at Royal Scot Golf & Bowl will feature approximately 30 teams.
