Edison House is the brainchild of co-founder brothers George Cardon-Bystry and Charlie Cardon. Beginning with backyard shows at our first venue, Kilby Court, S&S has grown immensely over the last twenty years and currently produces over 1000+ concerts a year throughout multiple venues in Salt Lake City. From Scratch offers an ancient style for the modern age. Using a hand-made Austrian flour mill and wood-fired oven, the restaurant offers pizza, pasta, salads, as well as a signature hamburger. Food items at the restaurant are made literally ‘From Scratch’, with house ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, butter and apple jam, among other items.

From Scratch serves unique pizzas such as the Spicy Calabrese, as well as a house fennel sausage, Traditional pizza fare, such as the Margherita and four-cheese with house Ricotta can also be found on the menu.

Eight Settlers Lounge is located on Exchange Place in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City, between Main Street, State Street, and 400 South. We’re surrounded by multiple parking garages and surface lots, with additional 2-hour street parking available nearby. Our location is just a few blocks from the Salt Palace Convention Center, TRAX stations, and Washington Square, home to many of the city’s festivals and community events — making us an easy stop whether you’re exploring downtown or heading out for a night on the town.
