Originally the Ypsilanti Masonic Temple, this beautifully renovated, multi-level facility offers performances by resident companies including PTD Productions, Horizon Performing Arts, and more. The space features art installations and exhibits by local and regional artists. Various events, shows and workshops take place here at the Arts Center. A fried chicken shop built on quality ingredients and made-from-scratch menu offerings. Small, low-key counter serve specializing in chicken or marinated tofu, with globally inspired flavors.

Ma Lou's Fried Chicken

Stacked floor to ceiling with small, rectangle boxes, ModelCave offers 6,500 model kits including cars, ships, airplanes, spacecraft and more. The store stocks science fiction models, such as Star Trek, or Marvel models like Spider-Man. Zorro models, alien models and a pumping model of the human heart all share space on the shelves.

The Rocket is a fun novelty shop located in downtown Ypsilanti.
