At *The Willow Where Our Roots Began*, we believe food should be both nourishing and delightful. Located on the west side of Lansing, near the intersection of Creyts Road and Saginaw Hwy., we’re only a mile off I-496 or I-96.

Enjoy a thoughtfully crafted menu featuring fresh-made favorites like our hummus (original, jalapeno, habanero flavors), artisanal charcuterie boards, flavorful salads, and satisfying sandwiches such as our turkey & Havarti panini. We bake our own bread daily—including soft, pillowy pita bread—using organic ingredients.

Don’t forget to treat yourself to our scratch-made sweets, from nutty baklava and rich scotcheroos to tender, buttery scones. Complete the treat with a latte or tea made with one of our house-made syrups.

We started our business with house-made seasoning mixes which we still sell today. You can purchase them in our café to enjoy at home. They make your favorite dishes even better!
