First is the University Gallery, which features major exhibitions and events intended for both the School of Art & Design, the University public and the larger community. The EMU Quirk Dramatic Arts Building houses three theatres: Quirk, Sponberg and Frank Ross Laboratory Theatre, and is home to the University’s Department of Communication and Theatre Arts. EMU stages a variety of performances during the theatre season that typically spans from September to June.
