Alderbrook Park is 63 acres, nestled in the forest with it's own private lake, pool, creek and other amenities. An outdoor destination for both public and private events, they have four covered pavilions for use, along with pedal boats, train rides, miniature golf, 18 acres of lawn and hiking trails, a pirate ship, bounce houses, and the famous Pink Lemonade fountain.

Victorian Vineyard produces several varieties of grapes and fruits, which are used in the production of their wines and ciders. They offer an enjoyable wine-tasting experience (Coming Soon) and a walking tour of the property, wine room, and vineyards upon request. Their estate, located on 25 acres of natural forest in Brush Prairie, WA, includes a beautiful Victorian countryside setting, a barn, a courtyard, a water feature, and a vineyard. It is perfect for weddings, corporate events, anniversary parties, senior pictures, birthdays, and other special events.

Tucked inside a comfy corner of the Hockinson Market, the taproom serves craft beer and wine paired with pizza. Originally built in 1928, the Hockinson Market is a family-owned, unique, historical country store.

Rock Creek Campground offers very nice equestrian camping facilities, with 13 of its 19 sites allowing horses. Each equestrian site has a 2-horse corral (some in a 4-horse configuration shared with an adjacent campsite), a fire ring, and a picnic table. Most sites are pull-throughs, and several have room for two trailers. The campground has vault toilets, manure bins, stock water troughs, and a camp host. It also has two small day-use parking areas, an accessible mounting ramp, and a group shelter with barbecue grills. Discover Pass is required for overnight camping or for day-use parking. The campground and trails are open year-round, though the trails can be muddy and slick during the rainy season.

Rock Creek Campground

This natural area covers over 81 acres of mature forest and open meadow just southeast of the City of Battle Ground. The property includes two creeks, Morgan Creek and Salmon Creek. The forested area on the east side of the property has large stands of fir, western red cedar and hemlock. There are a approximately one and one-half (1-1/2) miles of softsurface trails which are open to foot traffic. Given the diversity of trees, shrubs, wetlands and creeks, the property is home to a large range of wildlife species that make this property great for passive hikes and wildlife viewing. This property was purchased, in part, by Conservation Futures funds in 2006.

Salmon-Morgan Creeks Natural Area

Clark County built the first segment of the Chelatchie Prairie Rail-with-Trail in 2011. Primary access to this multi-purpose trail is from Battle Ground Lake State Park and NE Palmer Road. The county’s long-term plan is to provide a trail along the entire 33-mile-long railroad corridor between Vancouver (Burnt Bridge Creek Trail at Stewart Glen) and the end of the rail line at Chelatchie Prairie. Jacquot Farm and Vineyard is a wedding and event venue in Brush Prairie, WA. Wedding season is from June 1 to September 30. However, venue tours are available the entire year by appointment. We are limited to a capacity of 150, including the wedding party and guests.

Gordy Jolma Family Natural Area: The new 118-acre natural area is adjacent to the Salmon-Morgan Creeks Natural Area and supports open space, regional water quality and salmon recovery goals. The property will also increase recreational opportunities in the area.

Battle Ground Lake Park is a beautiful park with a crystal-clear lake formed by volcanic upliftings and depressions in the earth. The park has 50 campsites, and day visitors can enjoy swimming, trout fishing, picnicking, hiking and boating.

Kane Memorial Park is a 4-acre park with open rustic terrain and forested areas. Located in Hockinson Meadows Park, dog owners must walk their leashed dogs from the parking lot to this long-term temporary area. Features include: double-gated entry, 1/5 mile of trail, dog drinking fountain, shady areas.

Clark County's newest recreational addition, an 18-hole disc golf course, has officially opened its gates at Hockinson Meadows Community Park. For enthusiasts eager to explore the course, a printable scorecard and map can be found on the county's public works webpage.

USTA PNW NTRP Sectional Championships

Established in 1904, the USTA Pacific Northwest is one of 17 sections of the United States Tennis Association, the governing body of tennis. Based in Beaverton, Oregon, the USTA PNW is a 501c3 charitable nonprofit organization whose mission is to promote and develop the growth of tennis in the Pacific Northwest.  Operating in Alaska, Washington, Oregon, and northern Idaho USTA PNW over 25,000 individual adult and junior members and over 200 organization members and providers, such as tennis facilities and community tennis associations, who also help us to promote the sport.
