Adjacent to Witter Field, Witter Park includes a skate park, new playground and outdoor shelter, six pickleball courts, a tennis court and lit walkways.  
Witter Park Aquatics Center features three pools. The tot pool has exciting activities, including two water slides, spray features and a tot lazy river. The leisure pool includes a play area, basketball hoops, a water walk, lazy river with a "rapids" action channel, a tube water slide with plunge pool and a body water slide. The recreation pool features basketball hoops, lap swimming, a zip line feature, diving board and a climbing wall. Enjoy a snack from the concessions stand on the pool deck, featuring colorful shade structures, furniture and a grass sunbathing berm.   Ice skating circle and warming house in winter.

Witter Park Aquatic Center

The beautiful McMillan Memorial Library provides educational resources and cultural programming for the Wisconsin Rapids area. We aim to provide our community with a suburban style library in a small town setting. The Library's collection of over 120,000 books, magazines, audiobooks, music recordings and video recordings is supplemented by an additional three million library holdings of other members of the South Central Library System.  McMillan Library is a national leader among public libraries offering special programming and exhibitions for all ages.  McMillan offers a Fine Arts Center which includes a 248 seat theater, with stage lights, sound board, wireless microphone, projection equipment and a piano. It is used for movies, concerts and other presentations and performances.
