A women-founded, led, and owned kombucha brewery, taproom, and bar, HK Brewing Collective is all about bringing people together with incredible beverages, vibrant community experiences, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Under our collective umbrella, we operate two distinct brands: **HK Brewing Co Taproom & Bar** and **Han’s Kombucha**.

**Han’s Kombucha** is proudly brewed in-house and has been voted *Best Kombucha in Utah* from 2022–2024, as well as earning national recognition at the KombuchaKup Awards. Our kombucha is known for innovative, delicious flavors and high quality, small-batch brewing.

Our **Taproom & Bar** is a community gathering space where inclusivity and connection are at the heart of everything we do. Guests can enjoy award-winning mocktails, craft cocktails, beer, wine, and kombucha, all thoughtfully curated to offer something for everyone. Sports Salt Lake

Our second location is located in the great Salt Lake City. An old steel fabrication shop converted to an axe-chucking Mecca complete with old cranes and epoxy remnants on the floor. Salt Lake Social Axe Throwing can host large groups from 6-100 and has 4 dedicated walk-in targets for those experienced throwers. What is better with axe throwing?…a cold beer! Salt Lake Social Axe was issued the first ever beer license for an axe throwing venue in April of 2018. If that isn’t your thing, we offer plenty of non-alcoholic drink options.
