The first Michigan Chick-fil-A opened right here in Lansing on October 13, 2016. Chick-fil-A Lansing is located at 5617 W. Saginaw Highway, Lansing across from the Lansing Mall. Our local franchise owner, Kate McNerney, is a US Air Force Veteran and always wanted to own her own business. She and her staff are proud to serve the Lansing community and those just passing through. Nearly everything on Chick-fil-A’s menu is made from scratch daily, including salads made from whole vegetables and fruits that are hand-chopped throughout the day. The lemonade is made from three simple ingredients: lemon, sugar, and water. Like all Chick-fil-A restaurants, the chicken served at Chick-fil-A Lansing is 100 percent whole breast meat, without any fillers, hormones or additives. Each chicken breast is hand-breaded to order and pressure cooked in 100 percent refined peanut oil, which is naturally trans-fat- and cholesterol-free.
