S&S Presents has hosted concerts in the Salt Lake valley since 2007. Beginning with backyard shows at our first venue, Kilby Court, S&S has grown immensely over the last twenty years and currently produces over 1000+ concerts a year throughout multiple venues in Salt Lake City. Our company focus is to create meaningful experiences for artists and fans. We aim to provide SLC with access to life-changing live music opportunities, as well as giving artists hospitable and professional experiences. In addition to showcasing local talent, S&S Presents hosts groundbreaking independent touring artists in primarily 200 to 7,000 capacity venues, as well as select large-scale music festivals and concert series. We are Publik Coffee Roasters. Salt Lake City, Utah is our home. We love our big little city and take pride in serving rad, delicious coffees. We believe in quality over quantity which is why we sweat the small and the big stuff. We believe in community, and are proud to be an active and productive player in ours. We believe in planet over profit, which is why our roastery is 100% solar powered with an oxidizer that filters out 96% of the particulates from the roasting process. We work with local architects and design experts to create places that people want to be in. While each location stands apart from the others, all are unique gathering spaces in Salt Lake City serving phenomenal small batch, roasted-to-order coffee and menus that use locally sourced ingredients.

Our second location is located in the great Salt Lake City. An old steel fabrication shop converted to an axe-chucking Mecca complete with old cranes and epoxy remnants on the floor. Salt Lake Social Axe Throwing can host large groups from 6-100 and has 4 dedicated walk-in targets for those experienced throwers. What is better with axe throwing?…a cold beer! Salt Lake Social Axe was issued the first ever beer license for an axe throwing venue in April of 2018. If that isn’t your thing, we offer plenty of non-alcoholic drink options.

If you didn’t grow up in a family where get-togethers happen over smoked meats, you might not get it. But you don’t have to. What you need to know, is that this is what we do. It’s not fancy. It ain’t pretty. It’s barbecue. A few years back we started doing competitions, and it didn’t take long for a hobby to turn into a job. We made a name for ourselves as men who’ll pick a bone with anyone sayin’ you can’t find ribs outside Memphis or brisket outside Texas. When we finally claimed the top spot as Utah’s best competition BBQ team, a position we still proudly hold, we felt it was time to open a business. There’s nothin’ fast about our food, in fact, it’s downright slow. Mom taught us way back when, with the aid of her most menacing wooden spoon—that if you’re going to do something, you do it right or you don’t do it at all. Dad was a meat cutter and taught us only to use the best of the best and that when you take shortcuts, you get lost. So we don’t do fast food, we do good food. And by good food, we mean the finest barbeque to ever hit you in the lips. It’s why we’re up before the early bird putting an edge on our ax and splitting perfectly seasoned blocks of hardwood. It’s why the middle-of-the-road is a place we’ve never been. Where we’re from, we don’t need secret ingredients—just some smoke, fire and a little patience. We know that fine line between “almost” and “just right,” and we know it well. This is dedicated to those dedicated few—to those that do it the right way. To the keepers of the flame.
