As a full-service sports commission, we will work with you on every aspect of your event, as dedicated to its success as you are. Our region is full of well-equipped lodging, first-rate athletic venues, entertainment options for the team and so much more. Potter Park

The beautifully landscaped 100-acre park, gardens and zoo are situated in an old oak forest along the Red Cedar River. Located in the heart of the Capital City, Potter Park Zoo exhibits from around the world. A zoo for all seasons, Potter Park is open all year. The Exploration and Discovery Center for Education provides classes and hands-on learning as well as a Safari Room available to rent for parties, meetings and receptions. The park surrounds the zoo, offering picnicking, exercise area and a playground. Camel and pony rides, a petting zoo, food concessions and a unique Zoovenir Gift Shop are open seasonally. The The Comfort Zone Cigar Lounge & Bistro offers a sophisticated and versatile setting for business meetings, networking events, private parties, and social gatherings. Featuring upscale ambiance, onsite food and beverage service, premium cigars, and flexible event accommodations, The Comfort Zone provides a unique experience for both corporate and private events.

The venue includes a private dining room with seating for up to 18 guests and full audiovisual capabilities, ideal for executive meetings, presentations, and intimate gatherings. Full venue rentals are available on Mondays or prior to 4 PM any day of the week. Total venue capacity is approximately 130 guests.

For organizations or groups seeking expanded event space, outdoor seating and tent rentals are also available for outdoor events at an additional fee.

Hyacinth House

The Hunter Park GardenHouse, a project of Allen Neighborhood Center, is a hub for year-round farm & garden education, where neighbors volunteer to grow food, flowers, and community, and youth develop job and life skills in service to the neighborhood. Since 2008, the Hunter Park GardenHouse has empowered neighbors to grow, prepare, and eat healthy food to better their health and become better connected with the community. We are open 5-6 days a week and offer a wide assortment of programs. This establishment welcomes athletes, families and officials.

Mitten Kitten 2026 Slash Up XIII

Join the **Midwest Fall Brawl Lacrosse Tournament**, the premier lacrosse showcase for boys and girls teams in the Midwest. Hosted at the state-of-the-art Hope Sports Complex in Lansing, Michigan, this **October 10–11, 2026** event features high-energy competition across divisions from U10 to Varsity.&#x20;

Boys divisions play three guaranteed games on October 11, while girls divisions compete in 8v8 small-sided matches concluding by 2:00 PM on October 10, perfect for homecoming festivities.&#x20;

Midwest Fall Brawl Lacrosse Tournament

The **2nd Annual Comet Classic** is a collegiate bowling tournament hosted by The University of Olivet.  This one day event taking place at Royal Scot Golf & Bowl will feature approximately 30 teams.
