The 2026 Moundville Native American Festival will take place October 1–3, 2026, at historic Moundville Archaeological Park, just south of Tuscaloosa. Celebrating the rich cultures, traditions, and living heritage of Native peoples connected to Alabama, the festival brings together Native American performers, artisans, storytellers, dancers, and educators for a one-of-a-kind cultural experience. Visitors can enjoy traditional dance and music performances, interactive demonstrations, Native arts and crafts, storytelling, authentic food vendors, and family-friendly activities set against one of North America’s most significant archaeological sites.
