From the industrial equipment, original hardwood floors & beams, to our unique Event spaces that have hosted hundreds of events, the Mill has a one of a kind look that cannot be replicated anywhere else. Diamond Hall fits up to 250 guests. Prohibition Speakeasy, our 1920s themed space, fits up to 80 and hosts monthly tasting events open to the public.

Our Secret Garden is perfect for outdoor ceremonies or as an extended space next to Prohibition Speakeasy. The Bistro Lobby or Lounge gives a quant feeling that suits more intimate get togethers or meetings.

The McKinney Historic Half Presented by BMW is more than a race, it’s a celebration of community, history, and health in one of the fastest-growing areas of Texas.

Hosted by TUPPS Brewery and launching April 3, 2027, the event will bring the Dallas Marathon’s standard of excellence to McKinney with a distinctly local feel, showcasing the city’s historic downtown, scenic neighborhoods, and park system.

With a Half Marathon, 5K, and Kid’s 100M Dash, the event welcomes runners of all levels and ages, with proceeds benefiting Scottish Rite for Children of Frisco.
