The Salt Palace Convention Center boasts 515,000 sq. ft. of exhibit space, 164,000 sq. ft. of meeting space providing 67 meeting rooms, and the US Green Building Council's Silver LEED Certification. The SPCC is home to a 1.65 megawatt, 198,000 square foot solar panel array, installed in 2012.

Offering a variety of healthful and hearty dishes from local ingredients for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the open kitchen boasts a stunning rotisserie and wood-fired oven presenting incredible cuisine with warmth and efficiency for hotel guests and locals alike. From short rib hash for breakfast, a Wagyu pastrami burger and delectable salads for lunch, to dinner choices including bison flatbread, rotisserie chicken, funeral potatoes, and Bolognese, the unique options at Salt Republic are sure to satiate the palate. The Salt Republic

Provides assistance to individuals and families who have experienced repeated episodes of homelessness to help them secure and maintain housing. Assists client to move from the shelter into transitional housing as quickly as possible. Clients continue to receive case management and support which in housing.

The Road Home

Located on the 6th floor, Mar | Muntanya boasts a sophisticated atmosphere with breathtaking views of the mountains and downtown area. Discover a lively dining experience celebrating the flavors of Northern Spain with a Salt Lake City twist. Executive Chef Tyson Peterson draws inspiration from the mountains and ocean of the Basque and Catalonia regions of Spain crafting a menu that encompasses regional specialties with a focus on meat and seafood preparations. Mar Muntanya’s delicious cuisine highlights local ingredients within and around Salt Lake City.
